• Comes in liquid form for quick and easy bottle applications. To be used with ColorCharm 20 Volume Cream Developer.

How to use:

1. Pre-lighten the hair to the required level.
2. Mix ColorCharm with Wella 20 Volume Cream Developer at 1:2 ratio.
3. Apply to towel dried hair.
4. Develop for 30 minutes.
5. Style as desired.
