Shipping Policy
Shipping Cost: . All orders are subject to a $12.00 standard shipping fee, with the exception of orders picked up at any of our stores.
Shipping Times: Orders should arrive within 3 days, but it may take 7-10 days for more rural areas.
Shipping Locations: Orders can be delivered to any Ontario address. NOTE: Schwarzkopf, Wella, SexyHair, Kenra, Oliplex, ColorWOW and Pravana items can only be picked up in store, they cannot be shipped.
Local Delivery Cost: All local delivery orders are $12.00.
Local Delivery Times: Orders are delivered based on the following weekly schedule:
- Tuesday – Dundas, Ancaster, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville
- Wednesday – Stoney Creek, Grimsby, St. Catharines, Welland, Niagara Falls, Fort Erie, Port Colborne, Chippewa
- Thursday – Hamilton, Oakville, Dundas, Ancaster
- Friday – Waterdown, Burlington
Local Delivery Locations: Orders can be delivered to any address in the following cities: Dundas, Ancaster, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Stoney Creek, Grimsby, St. Catharines, Welland, Niagara Falls, Fort Erie, Port Colborne, Chippewa, Waterdown
Pickup Cost: All in store pick ups are FREE.
Pickup Times: Orders are typically ready for pick up within 48 hours. You will be notified when your order is ready.
Pickup Locations: Orders can be picked up at any of our 7 locations in Ontario.
Return Policy
Return Period: You have 30 days from the day your order is placed to make a return. After 30 days a 15% restocking fee applies.Return Process: To start a return, please contact us at info@rbsltd.ca. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect the product. If the product is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund.No Returns are accepted without original packaging.
