- Use whenever coloring directions call for 20 volume developer.
- Cream developer is ideal for both bowl and brush and bottle application. It's creamy consistency provides additional moisture to condition the hair while developing.
How to use:
- Apply to the hair using your desired technique.
- Mix ColorCharm with Wella 20 Volume Cream Developer at 1:2 ratio.
- Develop for 30 minutes and up to 45 minutes if needed.
