The Blacklight Extra Blonde High Performance Ionic Lightener is a powerful, dust-free lightener that lifts up-to 9 levels. Formulated with positively charged compound that forms an ionic bond during the lightening process to ensure soft, shiny, static free hair.

How to Use:

Directions (Off the scalp)

1. Mix 1:2 with Blacklight developers depending on degree of lightening desired.
2. Apply on dry hair
3. Process up to 60 minutes
4. Check frequently to avoid over processing
5. Rinse with water thoroughly until water is clear
6. Shampoo lightly with Blacklight Shampoo and followed by Blacklight Conditioner
7. Rinse thoroughly

1. Mix 1:2 with Blacklight 20 Volume (6%) Developer or less.
2. Apply on dry hair
3. Process less than 60 minutes
4. Check frequently until desired result
5. Rinse with water thoroughly until water is clear
6. Shampoo lightly with Blacklight Shampoo and followed by Blacklight Conditioner
7. Rinse thoroughly
