Quantum Firm Options Buffered Alkaline Perm. Quantum Firm Options perm is ideal for hair with resistant areas of varying porosity, and styles with noticeable movement and texture.
Features:
- Firm, resilient curls.
- For normal to resistant, tinted/resistant (single process, 20 Volume or less), fine/resistant or gray hair.
- Comparable to Matrix Opt Care Extra Conditioning Alkaline.
How to Use:
- Shampoo. Gently shampoo hair with clarifying shampoo and towel dry.
- Wrap. Block damp hair into sections and wrap.
- Mix Activator with Waving Lotion, then Apply. Place cotton around hairline and towel at the nape of neck.
- Rinse.
- Neutralize.
- Rinse.
